These terms apply when you use saharatourism.qa and book an experience with Sahara Tourism in Qatar. By sending a booking request you agree to them.

Your account
You can browse experiences without an account. To send a booking request you need an account, using your email or your Google account. Please give accurate details and keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
How booking works
A booking starts as a request. We hold your places while our team reviews it, but the request is not a confirmed booking and nothing is charged at that point.
We may accept or decline a request. You can follow its progress in your account. A booking is confirmed only when we accept it (or, once online payment opens, when your payment has been verified).
Prices and payment
Prices are in Qatari riyals (QAR) and are final: they include pickup in Doha and there are no extra taxes or fees added at checkout. Private tours are priced as a group total for the group size shown, shared between the guests. The largest private group is 6 people. Everyone in a booking pays the same price.
For now you pay in cash on the day of the tour. When online payment opens, accepted bookings will be paid online and confirmed once the payment is verified.
Pickup and timing
Pickup in Doha is included. Please give your hotel or address when you book and be ready at the agreed time. We confirm pickup details with you. Start times and availability are set by us and may change for safety, weather or operational reasons.
Your safety and conduct
Please follow the instructions of our guides and drivers. We may refuse or stop an activity if safety is at risk.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Qatari law that cannot be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version shown here applies to new requests.
