Privacy policy

• Account details: your name, email address and a protected (hashed) password.
• If you sign in with Google: the name and email address Google shares with us. We do not receive your Google password.
• Booking details: the experience, date, number of guests, the lead guest's name, email and phone, and the pickup hotel or address you give us.
• Messages you send through the contact form.
• Technical data needed to keep the site secure, such as sign-in activity and limited request records.

To handle your booking requests, arrange pickup and the tour, contact you about your booking, take payment and handle refunds, answer your messages, keep accounts and the site secure, and meet legal duties. We collect only what we need for this.

Only the people and services needed to run your booking: our drivers and guides (your name, contact and pickup details), our payment provider once online payment opens, and the services that host the site, store its data and send our emails. We do not sell your data.

We keep booking records for 5 years, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we will remove what we are not required to keep.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by contacting saharatourismqatar@gmail.com. We will reply as soon as we can.

Passwords are stored in protected form, connections use HTTPS, and only authorised team members can see bookings. No online service is perfectly secure, so please keep your sign-in private.
